Canciones con significado (II)

Como decía mi querida Maider un día, "¡¡es que si no existiera la música sería un aburrimiento!!". Pues, sí, pero afortunadamente la música nos rodea, nos acompaña, nos deleita... Mis gustos musicales, como ya dije alguna otra vez, son muy variados. Hoy os traigo algunas de mis favoritas. Son canciones sin edad, sin fecha de caducidad; son mitos musicales.

Espero que mis querid@s alumn@s, con quienes me separan 4 décadas, y, lógicamente, algunas diferencias en gustos musicales, puedan aprender y disfrutar un poco con estos vídeos.

"Sultans og Swing" de Dire Straits, la banda de rock británica fundada en 1977, con Mark Knopfler al frente. (Si no aparece el vídeo, pincha donde pone "Ver en You Tube")

"Nothing Else Matters", de Metallica. banda norteamericana de heavy metal fundada en 1981. 

No sé qué tiene el heavy metal de Metallica (bueno, y de todas las bandas de heavy metal, en general) que cuando toma aire de balada me fascina. Mirad este vídeo donde  aparecen acordes de "The Unforgiven" (I, II y III), "Until it Sleeps", "One", "The Day That Never Comes", "Welcome Home (sanitarium)", "Fade To Black" y "Turn The Page", además de "Nothing Else Matters".

The Scorpions es una banda alemana de hard rock y heavy metal fundada en Hannover en 1965, que se estima habrá vendido 160 millones de discos en todo el mundo. Su legado e influencia es inconmensurable. En Internet hay información y vídeos para pasarse una vida leyendo y escuchando la música de esta banda alemana universal.
"Still Loving You", "Send Me An Angel", "Wind of Change", "Lady Starlight", "Believe in Love", "Always somewhere",  "When the smoke is going down", etc... son algunas de mis gold ballads preferidas de esta mítica banda. En el siguiente vídeo podéis ver un directo con tres de ellas
